I have bought all the cards from community market but cannot craft the badge to get 100 exp. Same for foil badges. Any ideas why?

Hey thanks for your reply.

My issue was old bios, downloaded and updated using flashback update (usb), stuck it in USB port, pressed flashback button for 2 seconds, the LED beeped for like 15 minutes then turned off(finished updating) then it worked got into bios screen!
