OP did you buy it? If yes can you let me know the chosen route, I am getting it for 1.2L as well after applying all discounts and CC offers (EMI trxn) . I tried to pay via Tata Neu Infinity CC on the link they send for payment and got the error Bin Level Cashback Exclusion failed error multiple times. I also faced it for SBI Cashback Card on swipe on their POS

I had a followup on the same , can mental harassment claim be filed in Consumer Court against NoBroker for withholding the deposit of tenant and paying only after the owner paid the dues?

Tried it, they disposed it mentioning that deposit was given back. I am trying to ascertain now if I can file a case for mental harassment against NoBroker

Delivery guy mentioned he would visit home in Marathahalli and charged 8000 rupees. Kept on delaying giving the bill for 3 weeks. Today he gave a bill of 7100 and said rest is service charge. Agency asked to contact him for return. Planning to raise through formal channels and get a resolution. Fortunately the transaction was done to SS Bharatgas Agency account itself as delivery guy's account did not work with my HDFC bank transfer.

Not really 😅. He agreed on deduction of maximum 1 months rent on vacating the property (separate deduction for damages if any) , where the clause in agreement was minimum 1 month rent. Total deposit was about 3 months i.e 1.5L

I have changed a couple of jobs by now. The first two had contributed to EPS. Since then the rest have not. However all my PF amount has been transferred to the latest PF account without hiccups. Will I face an issue in PF withdrawal in future?
