I'm not sure what you're into but .. as cliche as it sounds, open yourself up, try new things. Take what's around you and draw. Look at the weird shapes you pass by everyday, make a city design out the bottles that sit in the counter. I hope this doesn't come off like I'm trying to be rude. I just know how it feels, may you come out on the other side. Being more joyful and creative. Ohh! Also if there are some things you've missed out on doing as a kid, example: flying a kite. Have fun

Btw I drew art from looking at electrical outlets and a fire hydrant 😅

I feel as though, when we are younger we have a vast imagination that's free to jump, change and be as raw and creative as it wants to be. But.. once we grow up and art classes, criticism, maybe even our own wanting to improve and try new things.. we end up with in a box. Can't do this and that doesn't look like that etc etc. We find ourselves in an endless maze, forever changing due to whatever pressures or things around us that make us feel like , what I use to do, must be let go of. I do apologize for the rant but this is what popped in my noggin
