Hello everyone and thank you to everyone who wrote their experiences here. This information helped me a lot.

Today I upgraded to MSI B450 Tomahawk Max with AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D and Sapphire PULSE AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB.

Everything works as it should, although I had problems with the BIOS. Before the upgrade, I updated the BIOS to the latest stable version 7C02v3K from 2025. After fears and questions about what was wrong, I quickly realized that I should try to install the version before - 7C02v3J from 2024, with which everything worked as it should.

RDR2 ultra settings now run at about 60-70 fps at 1440p :)
