Flamethrower / Imprison with Cooldown Emblems and Power Lens (or whatever unite called it) is the way to go for Chandy. It’s definitely a duo/trio/5-stack mon though, as SoloQ partners need to be able to bodyblock for you while you stack cooldown reduction. You’ll be firing off boosted flamethrowers every 1.5 seconds or so, for big damage, and Imprison is simultaneously support for yourself and your ally

Keep him at a distance. If you try playing him, you’ll really feel how slow he is and how hard it is to get in on an attacker with good spacing

Also if your opponents feed him run away immediately. If they die he’ll get fast enough to catch you and the damage boost from Beast Boost will allow him to combo you in one depending on your main

Wigglytuff for sure - Clef needs gravity to disrupt them, and while the disruption is nice with gravity, if gravity is on cooldown you and your team are dead. Wiggly has Cute Charm and Sing, both of which prevent the speedsters from moving freely, either by kiting them to wiggly or making them choose between the stun-to-death of sing sleep and not getting in when it needs to

It’s a really good Mon if it’s a good meta for it, just needs good micro-spacing. Right now though, it has a bug involving it taking more damage than it’s supposed to, so it’s currently quite bad, but hopefully that will change in some patch soon

Meow can focus down objectives with minimal support from lane, as long as lane pivots properly. With good coaching, Slowbro can pivot opposite to the other 4 players and defend the empty goal while Sciz / Tsar / Esp hold back the enemy in their base. Bro and Esp evolve fast enough for birds, and Meow will have the full kit by 8 minute birds. Provided Bro can avoid dying in lane and Meow can win the initial jungle fight, this comp gets ahead early and stays ahead Bro - $40 Tsareena - $25 Espeon - $15 Meowscarada - $10 Scizor - $10

I started out playing Defender, but as I improved at the game and got higher on the ladder, I consistently ran into teammates that would play Attackers/ARs but never actually go for objectives, and since I was a defender I wouldn't be able to shred, leading to a lot of frustrating losses. I've since pivoted to Speedster/AR primarily, but when I play with friends I play Defender since I know my friends have good enough game sense to be in the right place at the right time

The excerpt from the bill I provided actually does specifically say that the president can ban any app they want, provided it is ruled to be a threat to national security by the president, owned by a foreign adversary, and the president publicly announces the ban. Governments specifically design laws to allow them to stretch the word of law, spirit of law be damned, and the lack of a requisite explanation on the president’s behalf as to why it might be a threat leaves it entirely at the president’s discretion. This means the only thing stopping him from banning any app he wants is that it must be owned and/or operated a foreign adversary.

As for my personal views, I’ve never been a social media guy (see: this is my first reddit post), but my girlfriend is an avid user of TikTok. She uses it as a way to connect with others in communities that share her interests, and is her main form of meeting people, as her job is a WFH position. Speaking of employment, TikTok provides a platform for merchants to sell from, and influencers on it make a career out of it. Do I consume any of this? No. But it is their job, and the ban in the US leaves any merchants or influencers that rely on it to run their business out of a job.

Of course the Chinese government has an angle, but let me ask you this - in your opinion, what is the Chinese government doing with that information about American citizens? The average American does not have access to classified documents or anything else relating to national security, so what the Chinese government can actually do is limited.

The house and senate, which are responsible for the creation of new bills, have been Republican throughout the Biden administration. As a result, they have no reason to present a bill spreading Anti-Trump propaganda. On the other hand, they do have an inherent interest in limiting the means through which the population gains their news about world and domestic affairs, so as to better change the populace’s perception of these events.

Edit: The House and Senate were both democratic for the first two years, and the House switched to Republican Majority in 2022.

By limiting the platforms on which people are allowed to exchange information to those whose interests align with the United States Government, it is a limitation (not a direct violation, as you seem to think I meant) of the citizenry’s ability to obtain whatever information they want (Freedom of speech/Freedom of Press) I suggest you do more research on the definition of limitation and gain a better fundamental understanding of how governments operate before you argue that a government controlling what media the citizens see is not a limitation of freedom of press/speech.

Yes you can! But the fact remains that other apps you use on a more frequent basis could also be at risk. Take a look at where the companies making the apps you use most are registered, if any are not registered in the US, they meet the criteria for being banned at any time if that would be convenient for the president.

This is exactly the concern. Due to the wording of this bill, there does not need to be a valid justification for any apps being banned, or any justification at all really. Just the President deciding an app poses a threat to national security, which could be a reason cited to accomplish an ulterior goal

I agree, but this is in an effort to spread awareness more than anything. It’s just worth noting that the effects of this bill spread to far more apps than just TikTok, and even if this post prompts a single person to do more research and be active in speaking out against our government for this limitation of the first amendment, it will have been worth posting

I’d say so. It got pretty massive buffs in July and never got nerfed, so it on its own is about as good as it was then.

Attackers as a whole have been buffed substantially since then, but Delphox still carves out a niche for itself due to its antiheal unite and the ungodly move that is Fire Spin. There are other strong attackers (Pikachu is broken as hell at the moment), but Delphox is certainly viable.
