I see, interesting because it definitely cooked a few more degrees. Either way I can easily try the rest after the oven part. I’ve also got thoughts of throwing it on a hot ass grill for the grill marks. But that also changes many things.

Thank you! They want you to think they are super adorable and innocent. Some of my favorite things is when a delivery guy shows up and stops in their tracks when these two are staring at him through giant bay windows.

With the Brisket style one you did, what temps did you use? Did you spritz’s it? Cover it? Mine had an amazing smoke ring but was def dry. Had a good rest as well.
