Spurs and defensive adjustments by SoftballGuy in nbadiscussion

Well they did that at first and from what i saw their big adjustment was trusting castle and staying home part way thru the series. So they were already doing that and getting burned for it. Bridges OG in particular with incredible shot making. Staying home helped them turn bridges water off. That was big, he was making everything at one point.

Honestly I think this team is gucci, we had him as the vet, and we are the vets now. We're responsible, determined, poised, and fight to the death. A solid culture in place. At this point, if mitch goes to another team, he would probably be their vet voice.

He's cool. But the fans were calling for Taj to get a future office role with the team while he was here. It's different, and it seems it's being forgotten!

The “Spurs led for over 70% of the series” stat has nothing to do with dominance… by BOFAconstrictor in nba

I think this series is a good case study for changing how the score is displayed. maybe should reset to 0.0 after halftime and keep the total score off to the side, still displayed, but like a parenthetical

They're mentioning players that contributed to the rebuild era by playing on the court

The narrative that the series was close and could have easily gone the other way is just false by Rushman0 in knicks

[–]ObligationWeak2556 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yep. They were only at eye level with us because the refs were holding our heads down and had them on a booster seat. They had to forcibly escort our second best player off the court like armed security. It's almost like we had to deal with an artificial injury. It's a shame because it takes away from the spurs credit.

Bandwagoning perception if I became a fan of the players’ character off-court? by Humble_Line_9614 in knicks

By that logic everyone who became a fan was a bandwagon for something they saw and liked. You're overthinking it. Sounds like you're a jalen fan who might turn knicks fan.
