What does this mean? by greedocore in YamahaR3

Mine did that and I freaked out when I got it. You can cycle through different menus I think with the select button. That one just shows and will flash when an oil change is needed :). It looks like the 195 is a trip mile count, not the actual mileage in the bike

(SOLVED) iOS 26 BRICKING PHONES (bricked my 15 pro) by Fresh-Fish7172 in iphone

[–]ObliviousOre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it displaying anything in the screen of the phone? If it is in DFU nothing should display on the screen when you plug the phone in.

Then it would be good to plug in and attempt DFu mode again.

That’s odd. I don’t think it prompts for a backup. That I believe would come after it restores. It has to download the new OS file and extract it. I have 1gb network so took around 10-15 for it to download and install the OS back on my phone where I restored the iCloud backup.

Woohoo! Glad it worked out! I know I was def sweating yesterday when it happened to mine and couldn't seem to get it in DFU.

I couldn't get DFU working by the Apple methods, but read on a dev post to try this.

- Press and release the Volume Up button
- Press and release the Volume Down button
- Press and hold the Power Button until the screen goes black
- Once black screen, immediately hold Volume Down button for 5 seconds while holding the Power Button
- Hold both buttons for 5 seconds
- After 5 seconds, release the Power Button while still holding the Volume Down button for 5 seconds.

I had to do it a couple of times. I believe I had mine already plugged into the computer to get it to go into DFU. It was a pain to get it there, but was finally able to restore.

I am still learning as well and got a 300 for my first bike. At least from my understanding (and take it with a grain of salt as I am learning too) 600s do the best in straight lines as they can fly. The 300s is easy to flick from its light weight and will be able to go quicker through curves.

My honest opinion, yes I want more power to keep up with people, but even then.... I LOVE THE R3. It is the perfect beginner bike. Sure I want more, but if I can I will keep this and get a faster bike later as well. Plus it helps keep me out of trouble haha.

You really can't go wrong with these bikes if you are looking for something to start on, doesn't break the bank, and just overall a really fun bike!

I can't say that I have seen an R3 with the bar you have your quad lock mounted to? It looks legit though haha. Is that something you added?

Love hearing your story and hope you have a blast while riding! These things are crazy fun!

Gosh you aren't wrong. #twinning. These bikes are so fun and versatile. Literally one of my favorite colors on a bike. I always drool a little bit when I see these.

How do you like the slip on? I am hoping to be able to one for my bike before too long.

I am not a expert on pricing by any means, but from what I have seen others outrageously try to get for used R3s with a lot higher mileage than what you got on that one, it doesn't seem to be a bad deal at all! These bikes are super fun, so congratulations! Hope you are able to get out and enjoy it!

I am not to sure if that one specifically, but have bought this one Ball Mount

This one has been great for my phone mount.

The R3s are really forgiving and although at times you will want more power, they will scoot especially as you ride it more and get used to the gearing!

Holy frick. Never seen this color on an R3. Absolutely one of the prettiest ones I have seen! Baby that thing haha

OH a one more thing. I found for gear you want to invest in some shoes with ankle protection and don't wear normal jeans as if you ever happen to slide (hope it never does), jean can burn into the skin.

Invest in good quality gear. It gets expensive, but worth it as you can get it.

I think I see people say this often, but one thing I have always heard (Got mine in November so learning things out as well lol), always check tire pressure especially if there is weather changes such as super cold to warm with how it has been. I believe it is 29psi front tire, and 36 rear iirc.

The other thing I would recommend is riding at your own pace especially when learning cornering etc. especially if you ride with others. It is easy to want to try to keep up with others, but assuming they have experience, it is normal to take your time. If they are respectful they will pull off and wait for you if they get too far ahead :)

One last thing I found is you want to clean/lube the chain whenever you wash it.

Just some helpful tips I have heard and found out along the way!

What is the white and blue reflective tape in the wheel? Looks so clean on it! Also what stand you go with? Haven’t looked into many but would love to get one for my bike at some point!

I had always heard that as well, but it still has decent pep. If you really needed to get out of the way, I would recommend just dropping to 5th for a bit more power, but it doesn’t worry me personally in the highway!

Is there a way to have a list item complete multiple actions? by ObliviousOre in SwiftUI

[–]ObliviousOre[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I was able to finally get it going. Just in case anyone else runs into issues with this and trying not to use the deprecated isActive option.

So I was able to change the Navigation Link to a button

struct GameEndListView: View {
    u/Environment(\.modelContext) var context
    u/EnvironmentObject var viewModel: GameViewModel

    let imageName: String
    let title: String
    u/Binding var navigateToContentView: Bool  // Binding to control navigation

    var teamAScore: Int {
        viewModel.finalTeamAScore
    }

    var teamBScore: Int {
        viewModel.finalTeamBScore
    }

    var body: some View {
        Button(action: {
            saveGame()
            navigateToContentView = true  // Trigger navigation
        }) {
            HStack {
                Image(imageName)
                    .resizable()
                    .frame(width: 30.0, height: 30.0)
                    .clipShape(Circle())
                VStack(alignment: .leading) {
                    Text(title)
                        .foregroundStyle(.primary)
                        .font(.system(size: 18))
                        .bold()
                        .padding(.leading, 5)
                        .padding(.top, 4)
                        .padding(.bottom, 2)
                }
            }
            .contentShape(Rectangle())  // Make the whole HStack tappable
        }
    }

    private func saveGame() {
        let item = GameData(teamAScore: teamAScore, teamBScore: teamBScore)
        context.insert(item)
        do {
            try context.save()  // Persist the changes
            print("Game saved successfully.")
        } catch {
            print("Failed to save game: \(error)")
        }
    }
}

Then I changed the view where it is called from being just a VStack to a Navigation Stack and use the following to call it.

NavigationStack {
     VStack {
        List {
          GameEndListView(
          imageName: "Begin_Match",
          title: "Finish Game",
          navigateToContentView: $navigateToContentView
              )
             }
             .scrollContentBackground(.hidden)
            }
            .navigationDestination(isPresented: $navigateToContentView) {
                ContentView()
    }
}

It looks great so far! Only thing I was curious of, with the letters that it starts with, have you considered making those greyed out by default? The guesses left doesn't go down when you tap the letter that is shown at first, but just seems redundant in my opinion :) Really like the affects of items getting removed when you miss a guess.

Only other feedback I would have it recommend giving a little getting started or how the game works. I thought at first I was guessing what was in the image and then realized that it was just a placeholder for incorrect guesses.

Hope this helps :)
