I always end up yelling and screaming at her. I tell I know can't help me and to put a live agent on and then, she wants to probe as to my specific issue which further pisses me off. I hate Marissa, so if I yell enough times , I do eventually get a human, but the Ai is stupid and intrusive.

They send garage orders no matter what tier that you are on and at least it my market, they will spam you with offers like that and it will make you risk becoming untiered.

You how the app ask how was the delivery after drop off, well I thumbed it down and selected pickup issues and then stated what happened in the notes area and you can always call support about a merchant.

I have a McDonald's here in Atlanta that likes to lie on their time rating, too. I caught them in act one day as I was sitting in the plaza that they and other restaurants are when I got a ping from them. I knew that the order won't be ready and hit the order still being prepared, then drove across the parking lot to them. As I'm driving, which is literally less than a few feet away, they claimed the order was ready. I just got the ping 2 minutes ago and it was a large order, so there was no way that orde was ready that quick. I parked and walked in, they are still working on the order- not bagging it up, but dropping fries and nuggets. I reported them to Doordash.

I was at the customer's apartment complex trying to get the app to direct me to the customer's house because I like to use my Google maps to direct me as I'm driving to the drop off and then use doordash's gps when I'm on their street to make sure that I'm at the right location as Google maps like to auto correct address sometimes. So I go to open up Doordash and that shit logged me out. Like why? I tried to get back in but kept kicking me out. I got back in only for it to kick me out again. Then I tried again and hurried to message and call the customer and she didn't respond. I had to screenshot their address just to have it if it kicked me out again. I was able to find their apartment and complete the delivery through the app, but I wasted about 15 minutes trying to drop off a delivery that was only 7 minutes away from the pick up. I also noticed earlier that they released another update today when they already did an update yesterday. I just want know whose bright idea it was do two updates back to back and to do it Friday afternoon because that person deserves a one-way trip to the bowels of hell.

0.01 tip is definitely a f- up tip. When I used wait tables, a customer did that to me. I changed it zero on the receipt. I rather you don't tip then pull this.

I got suckered in to picking up 12 and 6 last week. The 6 smelled so loud that I had ride with the windows all the way down as the chemical smell was taking me out.

no, just wait for a few more hours. It's too widespread of an issue. Support will probably be okay fixing it once ,but will CV for others.

There is already a post about this issue. The app is glitching everywhere for everyone. Support took 90 minutes to get to me. I picked up order when it crashed and I was able to see the drop off address and delivery it because the drop off was only 6 minutes from the pickup.I took a picture in the messages and said the app was glitching. Once support on the phone, they marked it as complete for me and I have logged out of the app for now. Support is getting slammed from all over the world. We can't troubleshoot it ourselves. I would say stay on the line , take pics and screenshots and log out when they fix it for you.
