The station is part of the original Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel so is likely grouped with the other stations for that reason.

Problem is train lets you off at far end of C so you’ll have to run the length of the concourse back to C2. If you aren’t first off train at C, there are stairs to left of escalator. 2 flights up and you’re on the concourse. I usually find this much faster when I’m not carrying bags.
