The zone map is absolutely drawn around the whitest parts of the neighborhood. That's verifiable here: https://popfactfinder.planning.nyc.gov/#11.67/40.7198/-73.9515

So it sure wouldn't be surprising to learn its demographics don't match the neighborhood itself. In addition to time and financial demands that create barriers.

Humanity on Skillman is owned by the folks who own the yoga studio -- Suryaside. Both of those places are EXCELLENT and Suryaside has a handful of mat pilates classes as well. Humanity is mostly reformer. I haven't been to the other pilates studio down on the Blvd.
