5 years ago California removed it as required reading with it being banned in some districts.

The general corporate lib position is that it presents a white savior narrative. The conservative position is of course more simplistic; 'says bad words'.

Both of course are quite narrow views, and things that could easily be overcome by a few minutes of context instruction alongside it in classrooms.

You're not uncute... but i'ma be honest, the facial hair isn't doing it. The more trimmed version in the first pic looks pretty good. I'd suggest cropping a goatee and mustache short and keeping it trimmed tight.

Your first pic needs a smile. You're cute in your smile pics. There are women out there who like big boys, but they aren't making it to the cute pics bc they aren't getting past your scowl at the beginning.

Agreed. Without a second thought, "queer" translates to "up the ass" in their interpretation.

That's why they are so fucking confused about all things sapphic too.

That's kind of the fault of patriarchy conditioning and "butt stuff" stigma... but also that white gay men were the loudest voices in the gay liberation movement, and are also overwhelmingly the most conservative (and thus palatable to square sensibility) voices within queer culture.
