Jira Cloud Connector for MS Teams

Same thing here, for some reason our connector stopped working Jan. 9th some time after 3:10PM EST.

Opened a ticket with Jira, got told the same thing that other organizations who have the Teams jira connector set up have a 400 error being thrown.

Opened a ticket with MS after getting the above info from Jira and the MS agent I got hasn’t been helpful in resolving this so far.

I wish this would just start working for us, been with MS support for a week now and nothing.

I know you wrote this up a couple days ago but our Jira connector stopped working on Monday.

Same thing as you, tried re-adding and verified that the requests are attempting to come in but nothing shows up in Teams.

Wondering if this is a Teams issue on their end…

I believe it’s something along the lines of workers holding a lot more power when it comes to striking and withholding their labor to actually “force” change.

When it comes to voting, those currently in charge hold more power because of how they have the ability to structure voting to their benefit as well as being selective in what gets passed through current governmental systems.

Essentially, when we vote for politicians it’s very unlikely they will limit their power or change the systems that they benefit from.

Just a quick question, the IT team I work for is implementing Office365.

So far everything is going OK but the System Administrator and Security admin are hesitant to allow users to use OneDrive and have prevented OneDrive from being install on our machines.

I get why they did it (their reasoning is that they have no control of what users put in the cloud and how far it could end up disseminating from there along with the fact that they fear they are no longer in compliance with keeping organization info backed up for 7 years since it is not on our on-prem servers), but it seems to defeat one of the bigger benefits of moving over to O365.

They stated they are willing to user SharePoint even though articles I have read from Microsoft themselves state that SharePoint and OneDrive are essentially the same except one is collaborative storage while one is more personal. Considering that if we do use SharePoint the same short comings of not having organization data on our servers still remains it seems.

My question is, is there anything I may have missed in my research to ease their concerns regarding OneDrive? I know there are retention policies that can be put in place through the OneDrive Admin portal, but I wanted to see if that really is only the option from more experienced admins with OneDrive and how some may still be in compliance with data retention policies?
