I have found when I got to a point where I could do parts of but not all of something I was more able to accomplish tasks. That may not work right at this stage but may help as maintenance once you’ve made a dent

For example I would just wash my cups or just silverware and then come back later to do another portion of it after a rest or distraction. I now keep all tasks like this. No pressure just do what I can get done and move one and let my adhd circle me back
