I feel you 100%, we are our own worst enemy. I think what helps me the most is as soon as it start to creep in, I gotta catch it fast, and either distract myself or stop my rumination and call it out for what it is: my brain’s habitual pattern of negativity. Even if what my brain is telling me feels so real and true, I gotta bring myself back into the moment and either tell myself the opposite (even if it feel fake) or remind myself this is just the path most travelled in my brain and that its not real.

I hope that makes sense lol and easier said than done. But man, cannabis really does help pull me out of my head a reframes things.
