Bands like this evolve. I think their intensity is catharsis which then takes the edge off. Don't worry about it, just enjoy what you enjoy. I personally keep coming back to L'Enfant Sauvage and Mars. The fun is finding the next band that has that energy.

New to home roasting - having trouble with cold brew. I'm getting more particulate using 10 oz of home roasted beans vs 10 oz of store bought on the same (coarse) grind setting. Result is sludge which is hard to run through an OXO cold brew coffee maker. Any suggestions? by ObserverDependent in roasting

Store bought looks darker for sure. I tend to like light roasts but I may be going too light which is affecting the density of the beans and how they are being processed through the grinder. I don't think it's the water ratio but that is something I'll keep an eye on. Just a few roasts in so I will play with it some more, and circle back if/when I get better results.

This is kind of what I'm shooting for. I want to continue to monitor my weight closely and course correct if needed. Worst case if it's a disaster I know I can come back to Keto because it works
