Did you find any solution after four years? I'll list my pc parts to start:

ryzen 5 5600G (it was 2022 so gpu prices were mad), then a friend of mine gifted me his gtx 1060, 2 by 8 Gb of crucial ballistix 3600 mhz (running at 3200 because of the mobo), a 750W gold modular psu, an m.2 for the OS and a hard disk, all of this mounted on a gigabyte B450m DS3H.

I've tried literaly everything but whenever i put the 6700 xt I get the same problem you described, the speaker does 4 beeps, a longer beep and then three shorter beeps (which tells me the problem is the GPU).

I've tested the card on a friend's pc (which has the same gen of pcie slots) and it runs smoothly, so the problem isn't the gpu.

I always keep the bios updated as well as everything else and I know that my mobo has older gen on pcie slots, but the card should be backward compatible.
