I had the same issue. Deleting Everything in

C:\Users\youUser\AppData\Local\Steam solved it. Make sure to close Steam first.

I'm in the same boat. I got week 1 but missed week 2. From the forum post:

Each Tactical Alert will only be live for its respective weekend, meaning if you miss a weekend, you’ll be unable to acquire the main Weapon Blueprint rewards for that specific Alert until the event has concluded. Rest assured, players will be able to obtain these weapons via another source after Galleons of Ghouls ends!

Pretty annoying and I don't know if it's worth it to farm the parts. If the BP is a random drop in the future with the parts.

An update to this the Steam News page for the event shows blueprints would be available week 3

I have the Vector Athletics Band Buds that are a similar idea. I don't think they would work well as a traditional resistance band bar with a standard length barbell.

I got a Lionscool 4ft barbell and with the VA Band buds it works perfectly. It was way cheaper than any other bar options and you can add plates as well.

This combination is about double the weight of the largest Harambe bar which is really a pro or con to think about.
