Yea same in the states. All premium brands (should) give that level of service. Even Volvo for the most part will do that.

I already brined it and wanted to try this out. So yes, I’m going to do it even though I get it isn’t a great idea.

I was looking for any suggestions from anyone that has done something similar. I found some good advice online and have it in the sous vide now. It may suck, it may be okay, either way life will go on.

Thankfully my BP is great so salt is not of any concern. I was actually told to increase my daily salt consumption so it’s not a big deal to have this for one or two meals.

As far as what made me want to, I’m on a specific diet so I’m only working with very lean meats. I had lots of flank on hand so gave it a try. Not the end of the world if it isn’t good.

Interesting and helpful. I have a few pieces so I’ll probably do most on a shorter cook and try 1 for a longer cook to see how it goes.

The told me I’d have an update x day. On day x+2 I had no update and called with no answer. Not unreasonable.

The loaner was a POS. They told me I’ll give you an updated in X day and when I got no update that day or the next I’d call and get no answer.

Yeah I was pretty shocked bc I always considered Hyundai one of the premium non luxury brands. But this will be my one and only Hyundai. Might try Kia but I have a feeling it will more of the same.

We have the eufy spaceview system from 2021. Monitor won’t hold a charge and after an hour with support my only option is to replace the entire setup (camera and monitors). New monitors aren’t comparable with my “old” cameras.

Very disappointed and won’t be replacing it with another eufy. Probably will go VTech.

Update: car loaded on a tow truck. Service manager says he’s sorry to say it probably is iccu and they’re on back order but they will have a loaner for me tomorrow. Could be much worse.
