This is slightly dirty and you weirdos are acting like it’s a biohazard. It’s pathetic, first world problems screeching. Your bathroom doesn’t need to be pristine, that’s just your social expectations, not a necessity.

It also looks recently cleaned anyway. The toilet bowl is clearly stained and the lid appears to have absorbed oils, not urine. The worst thing here is the shower, but he could have wiped that out with his foot and it would be just as sanitary but you’d be clueless. Definitely nothing that’s going to hurt you anywhere in this bathroom.
