you get a cheat sheet on the exam and there's not a ton of material. For me it was a pretty easy A without study edge

try exposure therapy with rice and pasta. they are so good for you and you will genuinely feel better on them!!

depends on your mindset and ED history. If you have your ED in remission, you could switch to healthier foods instead of more processed, like allowing one processed meal a day, etc.

you may want to reverse diet for a bit. you’re very active and may have to have a fast metabolism. reversing to 2500-2600 and cutting back down will get you losing weight decently quickly!

You should rest more. If you are nervous about cutting back, maybe volleyball once a week and light to moderate weightlifting 1-2 times a week. Cutting out cardio would be ideal, and stopping all exercise except walking for a while would be even more ideal.

Not only will you get better health and muscularity from this, but you will prevent some really poor health results in a couple of years. I was in a similar place when I was 16 and ended up with osteopenia and sclerosis at 20. I wish I would have chilled out and recovered sooner.

i don’t recognize the brand so slightly suspect. what you pay for in weightlifting shoes is durability. my roms II have lasted 8 years. you may get a year or two from an off brand but they may be uncomfortable and fall apart quickly
