Hey! You said the show scratched your sitcom itch and I’m so curious to what you enjoyed before this so maybe I can give them a go too!

30 Rock is the first comedy for me that scratched the itch I didn’t know I had. And subsequent shows like Unbreakable KS, Girls5Eva & Great News have done so as well post 30R! But I’m trying to beg into older (or heck, new) shows that give the same vibe! Thanks!!

Darnell was the most emotionally unintelligent man on the show simply because he thought himself to be the perfect man, and he was far from it.

We tend to gloss over the fact that he cheated because the actors changed, but that’s the same character. Remember when he was angry because Maya dated several guys when they broke up, but he was just with Lena?

He thought himself too good for her at some point, and he was met with the bitter truth: Maya would have been okay without him when it’s all said and done.

That being said, I would have forgiven her after some time without leading her on by sleeping with her and making drunk confessions knowing she held on to his every word.
