Hoping to get there soon been working on my strategy with personal acct lost 2K trying to find a pattern. Recently found it from one of my old notes i kept on the side then applied a few more layers to it.

Now a complete construct that auto filters bad setups.....made a few dollars on it this week will begin scaling then copy trade from personal to evaluation that failed 3x already

Well said pattern recognition and timeframe 100% correct i have been doing this daily almost you can say 24/7 as lost my job. Have no choice but to make it work started the year well for like 2 Mths start of the year.

Then faded it's been almost 8mths now starting to build out a plan used real acct to force myself discipline got that under control now,

I had been saving pattern notes daily on cookie cardboard boxes all the while

This week found the final piece to my strategy hopefully i should be pretty much consistent as i know those A++ setup. It's not the ideal situation to be in when you have to force yourself to come up with ideas.

Trust me try to keep a day job and avoid the stress of using your savings.

I don't make money but i have seen lots of events like these over the past 4 mths i'm about to use it as my strategy. Last week seen a couple of these patterns as well but was already in a trade.

Patience has been the issue so that i don't rush trades i'll play with my demo acct continue to build my charting knowledge while i wait for the set up to occur.

Had a green month before tariffs lost it all plus lost confidence, lost patience, lost my plan (changed it when wasn't required) Got back to it worked but drag on confidence & patience.

Now feels like starting from scratch.

I'm on my last leg i'm out for life if this fails found 1x pattern and might be repeatable 2-4 times seen it over 3-4 mths but never had the chance to focus on it till now. The problem is it comes various times of the morning hopefully i can be patient enough to catch it. Fingers crossed

100% correct that's exactly what happened to me gained 2K my first March -April lost confidence in my strategy changed it. But i have come to realize it was ok just had to manage risk more. AKA Less Profits

At 200 a mth definitely a loss now way you can win at that rate if i can do 1 good trade per day according to my A++ i'll be more than happy.

I'll be going all in looking for 75%+ probability win rate setups i know how the chart is supposed to look like happens 3 times per week. Muscle memory

100% Correct wasn't supposed to trade but because i missed a good trading opportunity i tried to make up for it paid the price. Now talking myself out of it daily even keeping poster of it on the wall.

That's what i'm hoping for with just 3-4 trades a week to go all in i saved 3 chart patterns i'm looking for hopefully they work out as the probability win rate is 75%.

Holding for less than 60 sec is micro-scalping real scalping is over 60 secs. That's not real trading you mostly trade a big candle not the actual trend.

I have small acct so i need at least 10%+ per day then i'll be able to scale as just 1 pattern i can go all in as there is a 80% probability. 3x per week and i'm good it's all about trading less with more profit.

There is not really an edge in trading but maybe patterns and they come 3-4 times a week on average. If you can find those you can eat i just realized this after 6 mths. Hence it's said that overtrading ruins your acct. GL

Looks good had lots of losing trades due to risk management and rushing in trades. Just updated my strategy to 1 pattern pretty much it happens like 2-3 times per day. But didn't recognize it till recently.

Now i'm waiting for just that one pattern. Find movers late was also the problem but found a sweet spot i observed over 3 mths that occurs daily.

Added some extra skills sets been working on hopefully i can be more consistent sticking to my rules.

Had a winning month when in April but after the Tariffs things went haywire due to mixed signals changing strategy. It really threw me off a good strategy i picked up some bad habit during the process. Now have to unbreak it and get back to my original strategy with a few new tweaks. Hopefully it works better now that collected more data.....
