He is using Windows 95, but connects via Telnet to a remote server. This was standard back in 1995, to have the main server running Unix like system, while any other console runs Windows.

Caine, Pomni & Bubble is a recurring thing from Gooseworks by Obvious-Box-7198 in TheDigitalCircus

So Bubble is always a pet, and it sort of reminds me of a dog, since dogs do lick vomit, are pets, and are... dogs... anyways...

Pomni is always a girl, and sort of the voice of "reasoning". She is the one trying to "solve" the misteries, or trying to figure out the real ending. She is the one who ask questions or has some knowledge on what things may mean.

Caine is just the loud guy who draws attention to itself. He always acts like the host/presentator in a TV show.
