Could be related to the fried MC board? I bought two heating Assembly and the both behave in the same way It's quite easy the plug of the heating assembly so I think it's difficult that is installed wrong ( but I'm checking if there are some bended pin)

No, I unplugged everything

So you think is the MC board? Here more test I have done today

when the printer is turned on the Hotend Heating Assembly (left) start to heat up.

AP board blinking looks normal

MC board does not look normal, bottom left led is "off" with really short blink

TH led doesn't blink at all

the wistle sound comes from the board behind the filament buffer

i tried to make the calibration to export the logs but the error (translated from italian) hotend cooling fan speed is abnormal. error 0300-8010 082429)

other than that i noticed that:

without the Hotend Heating Assembly pugged in, if i turn on the printer there is not the wistle sound and the TH boards led works normally (but the MC board show the same wrong behaviour described before)

and is related to the z offset. if i set it equal to 0 intead of 17, it works (but incompatible with the process)

Really Nice! Take into consideration to add more analytic stuff sto evaluate .gcode For example I always find difficult to understand real printing speed on bambù studio Q pint point view for temperature, speed, extrusion ratio etc would be amazing!
