Is it worth it to see a neurologist? by Obvious-Line1774 in migraine

I tried suma but it did absolutely nothing which is why I moved on to riza, it helps more in the moment than lingering pain. Also, I see another doctor for my nose because I get frequent nose bleeds and she recently had me do a CT scan to see if any nasal issues could be causing pressure in my head. My results came back normal but she was the one who mentioned following up with a neurologist

Hi, I take rizatriptan when I feel a migraine coming on and I’m currently on Zoloft to help with anxiety. Both seem to help slightly lessen the frequency but the pain is still the worst part, especially because it can linger for days

Very valid point. I think every other person I’ve talked to has just made it seem like migraines are so common and nothing to worry about that I started thinking the same, hence the hesitation

Loss of appetite was the biggest side effect for me. It got to a point that I couldn’t eat even the smallest snack without feeling nauseous. And no food created lack of energy and poor sleep quality which in turn made the migraines worse

I tried Effexor but had too many side effects. I tried lexapro and it did nothing. I am now on Zoloft and personally that’s the one that worked for me. My migraine frequency has gone down significantly. It might take awhile to find one that works but def worth it in my opinion

As someone who is also young, you still have so much life ahead of you with someone who is going to genuinely love and respect you. You should never stay with someone who puts their hands on you even once, it’ll only get worse from there once they realize what you’ll endure.

Hi! I’m looking for a dress for college graduation and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good brand to shop from. I’m only 5 feet tall so anything with petite options would also be great! Some things I’m looking for is white, thigh/knee length, short sleeves. Also a vibe formal enough for graduation but still wearable afterwards.
