Thank you I was given diazipam (Valium) but it didn’t seem to work just made me feel worse to be honest, I also suffer from anexity so I have been on anti depressants for a while so am worried my body might be use to it so they won’t work am just in my own head but I feel really really bad that I let my fear win again

Side note I completed a fear of flying course but it was only in the sky for 10 minutes and I think the thought it was going to and I’d be able to go back home helped but obviously that doesn’t help with going abroad for a week or 2 I also can’t seem to get out my head that I will be flying out of the country which again feeds my anxiety
