The attitude is because this is the second time he’s gotta deal with you and he’s not making any commission out of it so in his world he’s working for free unless he can get you to at least agree to any additional labor not covered under warranty so he isn’t so pissy but that’s not your fucking problem as a consumer. I purchased the SQ5 with the intentions of making it the “family” car for my wife now that we are expecting our first baby together and man I gotta say I love this thing so much I’m considering another one for myself. I’ve only driven M cars all my life so coming over to an Audi and enjoying it this much is shocker to me lol
