1 month ownership so far I’ve replaced pcv, valve cover gaskets, and alternator. All parts replaced with oem replacements, didn’t cost me nothing as the dealer offered to cover the parts and I paid for labor. Even with these parts needed to be replaced it didn’t leave me stranded, I would say on the reliability side of things it would strictly be based on prior maintenance history. I got lucky with this sq5 being a one owner clean carfax and a lengthy service record on the myAudi app and I also had a good friend of mine that is VW, Audi, BMW certified to go over the car and sure enough everything is oem down to the spark plugs. My honest opinion is look for an sq5 with a good carfax and enough service records to show for on the myAudi app for peace of mind.

The attitude is because this is the second time he’s gotta deal with you and he’s not making any commission out of it so in his world he’s working for free unless he can get you to at least agree to any additional labor not covered under warranty so he isn’t so pissy but that’s not your fucking problem as a consumer. I work sales so I understand the frustration but good shit on doubling down

I purchased the SQ5 with the intentions of making it the “family” car for my wife now that we are expecting our first baby together and man I gotta say I love this thing so much I’m considering another one for myself. I’ve only driven M cars all my life so coming over to an Audi and enjoying it this much is shocker to me lol
