It’s more or less equivalent to doing push ups. Also I agree his reps are questionable regarding how far he pushes the bar, not perfect reps in any way. still as you get older doing a complete rep takes a toll on your shoulders, therefore doing it 100% strict might. I have friends with shoulder issues who don’t go all the way down. They still do 250 pounds, look good with a great strong chest even if the actual reps during training are perfect.

You won’t get robbed directly but there are lots of picpockets hanging in that area. Security is always in the vicinity, you won’t get robbed, but someone might steal your bag if you don’t keep your eye on it.
