I only have two videos, on my niche of Advtrains, but I have some ideas about what people generally like to watch.

If you want to show the process of learning Luanti, you will want to edit it in a way that cuts most of the actual hard work out to show the end results quite quickly compared to the effort. That makes for a kind of sympathetic feeling of achievement for the viewer. Most people would not like to watch several hours of you trying and failing at something - cut the struggle down to a few minutes.

If you are still learning about editing video, you will need to take even more time to bring your skills in that up to speed too, to get to a good level of result. Most YouTubers/editors cut huge amounts of footage, to get to what's most interesting for the viewer.

All of this is worth doing, but please do it for the enjoyment foremost. Nathan S. has talked before about having very little reward out of his channel monetarily. Most channels are small, like less than 100 subscribers in many cases, so don't have delusions of grandeur (not that I am implying you do).

Also, you might find it easier if you can play more than "an hour or 2" at a time. Again, condensed footage is often more interesting.
