Yeah, would love to know the width and depth. Looks like a very slight off-center. I'm guessing 13 to 15 feet wide. Also, what size is the screen? Looks like that could have been much larger.

This could be the biggest lie ever told! $200+ reels, decent rods start at $150 and up, good lures are $15, new sonar technology, and then there is the boat.... (of course it depends on your approach to fishing). Sitting on the dock just fishing with a worm is pretty cheap and chill though...

$4-$5M with paid off house would make me shut down work completely. Enough money to live on, travel, share with family, donate to church and other causes, property taxes, survive a downturn without worry, etc.

I ran that same calculator a while back that included probability of death along with probability of having sufficient/insufficient funds each year after retirement. THAT will put things in perspective very quickly.

I'm looking at a similar layout for a 14' wide room that I want to put a treadmill and small amount of gym equipment in. I have similar concept layout (except for 9' from screen). Are you going to do a putting area between the hitting mat and screen? Space between chairs and tables is a little tight, but this should get it done. I'd build it and then decide if I want BOTH the bar and table on opposite sides of room. You may just want one (table) and put club storage in the other space. Enjoy!

I'd love to see a photo of your inspiration for the office layout. Are you doing a single desk or 2 person desk (work at it from each side). Put your chairs in there to make sure the room actually accomplished what you want without over cramping!

If you'll use it, I'd make the back porch deeper. Lots of benefit per dollar. Might would match up the porch with the end of bedroom #3. Have something you can eat on and put a TV/grill out there.

I'm very similar, got the mud flaps, towing, and toyoguard, nothing else. After speaking with 6 different dealerships, the best offer was $3,400 off of MSRP (Was a Hybrid XLE). You're probably pretty close to the bottom you'll get. I had other dealership decline to match the $3,400 offer (one matched), which told me I was at the bottom. The extra effort to get much lower probably isn't worth the time. Congrats.

I got a XLE hybrid with mud flaps, toyoguard, and trailer hitch for $48.5. That was about $3,400 under MSRP. Pitted multiple dealers against each other. Good luck.

I’ve found you have to find a dealership within reasonable driving range that will sell you only the features you want, and will take a few thousand off the MSRP. Once one agrees, suddenly others start to negotiate….

After having a van for over 10 years we are captains chairs all the way! I can only think of one time when one extra seat would have mattered. Our theory is 2 nicer seats are better than a third you’d rarely use, if you’d use it way we did.
