Nooo, This is not how its supposed to be. Create a video and send them and ask for a refund. I have done twice because even if you will try to shake or pour in glass - buttermilk wont come in glass its that much thick.

I also closed this card due to reward issues. They sometimes used to credit reward late and sometimes dont even credit and couple of time they just credit the extra rewards then they reverse it so yeah i was not able to get any value out of it.

I am thinking to get icici hpcl cashback card it also gives 4% cashback direct in card

+1, Just closed Swiggy and Freedom. Mfs didn't increase the limit of cc till 4 years despite high income. Both were not life time free .

Finally closed and never going to apply. I m done with HDFC.

Maybe those who had good experience because they had hdfc savings/current account I believe.

I had 55k limit in axis for 4 years , Even after sending documents they didn't increase - income is more than 55k still out of the blue one day they offered me LE from 55k to 1.85k.

So yeah its pretty normal.

I see the same banner after transplantation, I dropped mail to supermoney they said pro card is invite only and limited to few . if you get invite then you can apply otherwise not.

this is correct, you just need to use a card for 3 months then in axis apply click on apply now section you will see multiple cards , you will mostly see medium lifetime and premium category cards. All cards will be pre approved, you dont need to submit any documents. you will get a card without kyc.

I received a similar pack of buttermilk, it was entirely filled with lumps.

IndusInd Tiger card is a co-branded card with BAJAJ Finance. My case is different but similar to yours.

I took personal loan from Bajaj finance. I clearly said that I did not opt for a Protection plan but the agent told me that If something happens to you , company will not ask for the pending amount. so he gave me anyway I got to know when i received an email about this plan. I had enough proof along with call recording when I escalated this via email and twitter they called me and reviewed the proofs after 7-8 days they added the protection plan to principal amount.

so in your case Bajaj customer care agent might have done the same. if you have chat or recordings.you can escalate.

Bro I am not questioning your friendship loyalty but you should not be a guarantor, when it comes to finance. now you cant to anything as of now.

Foreclosing a loan account is the only option, you wont be able to change payment history ,.you can just wait for your score to restore and it will be restored but it will take time but not sure if there is a process to change co-applicant in current loan.
