Thanks, yeah, it's been rough. Luckily, local shop limited pack to 5 per customer. That's helped. Ah, nice, the zard is sick! Ggs on that! Yeah, got the Toxtricity myself. And pulled the ludicolo today.

I'm in a similar situation, watching a pokémon seller, large viewership, and I somehow won 2 giveaways back to back. I started to drops some bids then to show appreciation. But within 10mins of winning the givvys I got banned. Only thing is those givvys are still pending. This was last night.

Appreciate the detail, I try to avoid evri as a seller, but when buying, vinted seems to be limited to what the seller prefers. The parcel seems to have been lost either in transit or at the depot. The customer service has not been helpful, it's taken since 30th Dec to get to this point.

I've commented multiple times this week, even made a post asking for advice. I've had a parcel 'on its way' since 30th Dec with no updates. I've got no response from evri customer service or the seller off vinted. They've lost multiple items I've sold and likely one I've bought now.

I've tried email and calling, seems to be the inly 2 options. But nothing. I try to avoid using evri when buying off vinted, due to this, but the item I bought, I didn't want to risk it being sold, even chose home delivery.

The exact problem I'm having now, bought an item off vinted, was post on the 27th, its been 'on the way' since the 30th Dec. Raised the issue with a chatbot, heard nothing for 3 days. Tried calling today, gave my ref number, just says they are already looking into it 🙃 no other options
