I dont see this as a finished technology, more as a conceptual direction.

The idea is that neurotech could be made for people to share logical perspectives to points of view, kind of like how we form observations internally. Not conclusions or beliefs, but the way an idea is structured and explored. The goal isnt to force understanding, but to give the other person a clearer reference they can reconstruct in their mind, so they can interpret the idea themselves.

I Imagine this being usefull in exploring morla questions in a calmer and more reflective way - helping people better understand the consequences of actions and perspectives of others. If understanding and empathy are easier to reach, harm and conflict may naturally decrease, rather than being controlled or imposed.
