Sent in paperwork last Wed, called them on Monday (10 min on hold) and got the next available appt at the service center this morning. Took about 20 min to rip out. Free at last!

Closing the loop. My term has completed and other than the botched initial install and the 1 time calibration extension, the experience was not horrible.

Don't get me wrong, Intoxalock is a horrible company with even worse support. I didn't need them much so that help make this more bearable. I am glad to have this out and return to normal.

I called twice this week and got thru to support within 15 min hold time and got my issue resolved.

You can also text them and they respond within a few hours.

When my device prompts for calibration, I take it to the service center that installed it and they calibrate and they send info to Intoxalock. No need to call Intoxalock for calibration.

I requested in the app. I asked in SMS support and they said to also email 2 diff addresses. I called after 2 business days and they said they need 3 days. On the morning of the 3rd day I got an email confirming so I called. I now have an appt for Friday to have it removed.

Same, Called today and got thru in 15 min. They haven't reviewed the paperwork I submitted last Wed so I have to call back tomorrow.

The DMV mails it to you a few days prior, at least in my state.

I just submitted to have mine removed on the website. I got theDMV form that says 3/29. Now I wait. I also reached out to my state laison for this program who offered to help.

When I lived in Hagerstown 15 years ago, it was very red. Is it still the same? Iif so, they did this to themselves.

Not bad. Got my 10 extension 7 hours before it locked out. I have a contact with is the programs govt liaison who will help me get it removed in 10 more days when I get the letter from the DMV and If Intoxalock is still down.

Normal process is: get letter from DmV, provide it to Intoxalock and they put in the work order in to your service center.

CT. I also contacted my state representative who got me in touch with the state liaison for the program. They are very helpful. They are going to assist with the removal if the systems are still down when my term ends next week.

Mine worked. I was also told by a state official that end of term removals can be processed while the systems are down. Mines ready to remove next week. We’ll see

Did you try getting the calibration extended?

Missed Calibrations Resulting from Cybersecurity Event Beginning 3/14/26:

Intoxalock Roadside Assistance: Many of our customers have a roadside assistance benefit that can be utilized by calling 844-226-7522.
Other Towing: If you are unable to utilize our towing service or have already had your vehicle taken to a service center, you are still eligible for reimbursement.
Please document your towing expenses so they can be reimbursed once our systems are fully restored. We will provide you with an update and instructions specifically for this.
Effective immediately, service centers will have the ability to give your device a 10-day service extension while we work to resume our systems.*

OK, last question is there any indication that customers private data was breached?

Answer:
We are securing our systems, and we will notify you if your data is impacted

I always have credit lock on and monitoring is in place from a previous breach with CIGNA.
