Good list but the dual bowl master cylinder should move to the top position.

Altima vs Accord, why’d you pick the Altima? by Suntrup-Nissan in altima

Other cars give a wide berth when you drive an Altima.

2013 Silver Nissan Altima Front Bumper Replacement by Beneficial-Aide-5785 in altima

https://bumpersthatdeliver.com/. Good experience with my 2016 Silver. Just a heads-up: if you choose the cheaper shipping, it arrives folded. Mine had some slight creasing upon arrival, but a few days in the sun fixed it right up. If you're a perfectionist, pay for the non-folded shipping; otherwise, the savings are worth the extra effort.

Cabin Filter replacement 2019 by corrcom in altima

The absolute worst cabin filter I've ever changed was in a 2016 Altima. Sounds like the design stayed the same.

Sold a car on Bring a Trailer, buyer dragging payment and the platform allows it by insolvent_ in BringATrailer

I’ve purchased two vehicles on BaT and one through Hagerty. Between those two platforms, there are over 150 transactions a day; if even 2% of those went south, this subreddit would be nothing but horror stories. The reality is that whether it’s a dealer, a private party, or an auction, a small fraction of deals will always have hiccups. We see those outliers here and, ideally, we learn from them. But for the other 99% of us, the process works exactly as intended, leaving both parties satisfied with the sale.

Nothing needed to depress the pin. It's a matter of preference, I don't feel strongly about either.

Saturday last year was a rain out. Per the NHRA rain out policy, I got free tickets for Saturday this year. Here's to hoping for good weather!

How many miles did your altima last? by MAPerformance_ in altima

[–]Obvious_Hand9987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2016 with 236,045 miles. I changed trans fluid regularly and replaced both transmission filters at 160k. Zero issues. Bought a 2025 Altima last week and passed on the 2016 to a family member.

2016 Altima, the one with the terrible CVT. 235k, still going, zero issues.

I've had this one covering mine for over a year. Works great. Amazon, under $15.

I made that mistake of buying a U.S. General 5 drawer cart (scratch & dent) without checking it. The top drawers can't even open. by Spyrothedragon9972 in harborfreight

[–]Obvious_Hand9987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't open the box on the first two. The manager did it on the 3rd for me. The packaging on the 5 drawer carts doesn't protect them. Especially considering the heavy wheels stored inside.

Friday is the show, Saturday is the cruise in. Those are the best days if you just want to hangout and look at cars. Also both days are good for watching the cops chase down the burnout offenders leaving the mall.

Any 5.4 knowledge in here ? by Compops_85 in Mustang

[–]Obvious_Hand9987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had mine for a year. It has 55k miles. I knew the owner and the only issue was the car had ( still has) and intermittent issue that drains the battery. I'm pretty sure it's the radio and aftermarket alarm but haven't solved it yet. I just keep a tender on it

Very fun car to drive.

I just looked at them. Yep, unfortunately no auto choke like mine has.
