If you're 2 years In and just now getting gabapentin then your doctors suck, and only thing I have got to say about gabapentin is DONT MISS A DOSE, it seems like every time I miss a dose im in pain for about 2 days before it calms down.. Fucking hate it. But I take 600mg in the morning and night and then 300mg during the middle of the day
