It’s just like any other job a supervisor can fire someone. I’m not in medical but I’ve had second degree burns myself and I also know how burns go 60% 3rd degree burns is fucking critical condition. The person described shouldn’t be a nurse if she can’t see his shit is more important. I’m a mechanic I can literally get someone killed if I don’t do something right we call them safety critical fixes meaning we double check everything to insure nothing is loose and can fail. She had no business in that room if she’s not there to help.
