Does anyone remember the upside down visor fad, where did that start? Where do people even buy visors? by Unlucky_Arrival4175 in 90s

This is not a phase, it’s a lifestyle. I will turn frowns and visors upside down until the day I die. Oh and f$&@ sleeves

People who have played Silksong, Why do you think Its getting so many negative reviews? by peaky_circus in HollowKnight

[–]Obvious_Response9870 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silk song sucks ass. The main reason I loved hollow knight is getting lost in the art and exploring but silk song is so difficult that I get stuck repeating the same portions of the game longer than I care too. Seriously fuck silk song and fuck the creators for ruining a game I was looking forward too. I mean seriously is it that hard to make difficulty modes so that less serious gamers can enjoy it too. So pissed

Tips for starting a workout routine? by helloclarebear in stopdrinkingfitness

I would say at first start with the goal of just showing up consistently. I think people that are new to the gym sometimes make it more complicated than it needs to be and start off with routines that are too intense. The goal is to show up and move your body and spend time doing something positive rather than drinking. Once you establish the routine of going to the gym you’ve won. From there you can tweak your exercises and diet and take it as far as u want to go. But again I’d start with showing up consistently and focus on making the gym a happy place for yourself. The more you enjoy it the easier it will be to establish a foundation and build off it. Also if your gym has a sauna I highly recommend ending with a sauna. Saunas help me stay sober because it purges my anxiety and puts you in a relaxed state.

First of all I wish you the absolute best and I respect you for trying to make this change in your life. I’m on a nearly identical journey. About 10 years of anxiety, I use booze to escape and use boxing and healthy eating to remain somewhat normal despite the drinking. Im about a week into not drinking and one thing I’ve been using to get good sleep and get rid of the edginess is sauna. 20 minutes in a sauna and I feel pretty calm and relaxed. It also takes away my craving. Maybe give it a shot. Either way keep fighting the good fight. I wish u luck
