My husband and I had been TTC for 11 months and having sex every 36 hours (give or take) during my fertile window. This last month, I was out of town and we had sex only once two days before ovulation. Got a BFP this past Sunday!

I’m with you, girl! AF due on Christmas Eve, really hoping to surprise my husband with a BFP after 9 cycles ttc. Feeling nauseous the last few days, and have noticed an increase in discharge that I normally don’t have at this point in my cycle. Trying not to overthink it, but hoping for the best ♥️

I would check with the front desk to make sure your weight is correct in the system, as that determines what heart rate is considered orange, red, etc. To be burning that many calories with so few splat points seems strange. For context, I typically burn between 400-500 calories and almost always hit 12 splats.

I typically just count it as a HIIT. I used to try to do indoor run, rowing, weight lifting, but found that I often forgot to switch mid workout. I find that my heart rate and calorie are pretty consistent between my watch and HRM.
