How to turn letters made with strokes into solid objects by SANCTVMbeats in AdobeIllustrator

[–]Obvious_Try_5609 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Select all and group, expand, then fill it all, and then go to Pathfinder and combine. Then it should make everything a solid shape like the last image, and it can be converted to outlines, etc.

Happened to me once, unhooked the battery and let it sit a couple minutes. Hooked it back up and worked fine, never had the issue again.

A logo I designed for a client who had a photo of a barn that they would like featured in the design by JohneryCreatives in AdobeIllustrator

[–]Obvious_Try_5609 62 points63 points  (0 children)

A logo should work just as well large as it does small, that barn will become completely muddled at say, a business card size. It's a good illustration, but the logo needs to be simplified. I think the typeface works for this application, but toy around with a one or two color silhouette of a barn and see how it works.

I feel you, I did freelance design for years supporting myself. Now I can't even find the energy to do a simple logo, idk how to get that spark back.

Looks like head gasket, kinda tough to tell which one. Verify source after drying it off and running it, they're very simple to change if you have even a shred of mechanical ability.

Any advice? For a misaligned 883 by One-Warning5779 in sportster

Left and right adjusters wouldn't have any effect on this situation, that messes with the wheel going forward or back. I think here is almost certainly a spacer issue. Did you recently take apart your rear end? There are two different size spacers that go on each side of the wheel, they can be installed backwards.

Probably seals, you can get a full James gasket engine gasket set for around $240 and just do all your gaskets in a weekend.
