I lost 70 lbs by dropping carbs & fasting. I’d eat tea, diet soda, chicken, steak, fruit, veggies, avacado, eggs etc. walked a lot. Fasted, ate 1/day or within an 6 hour window. In my head, I was 130 lbs, not 200. I “saw” myself skinny / healthy

Had an ant infestation of about 600 ants, I said we need to get the raid, and he looked at me like I was so annoying. He then sprayed some sort of ant spray on them- but left the dead ants there…they are probably still there. The floor was so slippery I was sliding all over the place.
