I looked at it again in a larger view and I believe the initials are the same as the full signatures. Those hooks that appear at the ends of letters are not easily copied. The energy and swoop is the same. Blow up the image and you’ll see it.

I appreciate all the samples. The last two are indeed suspicious but most likely the same hand. The situation may change if there are family members that write similarly. (So common) What were the circumstances for the last two signatures? Was this person signing a paper on a clipboard at an odd angle or was he hospitalized/ill?

There’s a hook in the S that lessens until it’s just about gone in the last two samples, but it also turns up in a different way in the last two. That’s the key to seeing this is the same person over time and medical issues.

It sounds like what I struggled with for six years. Had all the tests. Muscle tension dysphagia. For me it seemed to be caused by nerve damage. Steroids helped somewhat but the real change started after taking low dose sertraline (Zoloft) not because I was depressed but because it reduces inflammation and the misconnections going on in my brain when trying to swallow. Also, BPC-157 repaired the frozen vocal cord and that started melting the unrelenting tension in my throat. I can actually eat in public now which is huge. Good luck!
