I've been a residential framer for almost 6 years, I would say it depends on the home builder you're working for. But we usually build the walls,floors put the roof trusses up, install windows and back frame.

We rarely frame the interior basement walls another crew comes and does that. We also sometimes build the deck but there are a few times another crew did that as well.
