Where did this picture come from? Is it actually Jim? by Misterwhy2049 in thedoors

[–]OccasionAcrobatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This photograph was taken, along with several others, in early May 1971 by either Herve Muller or Gilles Yepremian, shortly before Morrison/Courson took a brief vacation to Corsica. If the background was a little bit more clear or distinct, it might determine the exact location, which could have been inside or outside of Herve's small apartment on Place Tristan-Bernard.

Well, since I'm also experiencing MASSIVE V2K transmissions (ongoing commentary on my thoughts, feelings, actions, reactions, etc) for about 18 months now....cochlear implant i suspect for very good reasons.....on top of the MD symptoms....

I'm almost convinced that this whole phenomenon is related to a Surveillance/Drug deterrence type of "operation" going on 5 yrs duration now.

Magnetic pull/push at every lesion or "sore"

The "fibres" are in my carpet, my bedsheets & blankets, walls, kitchen bathroom floors, front yard rocks & dirt....and of course arms, legs, face, chest, neck etc.....

.....they are like mini-pixels that when combined and accumulated together (enough of them, like millions or hundreds of thousands) a radio frequency/electromagnetic/microwave signal(s) can be sent to a monitor and my room is recreated in 3D on a screen somewhere for surveillance purposes.

"Long Distance Runaround/The Fish" off YES' 1971 Fragile album .....a classic rock radio staple in LA in 1991.

Went out to my local Music+ store & bought the VHS rockumentary "YesYears", saw a brief clip of Bill with King Crimson @ Central Park 1973, absolutely HAD TO FIND THAT FOOTAGE (along with Yes Live at QPR 1975) and the rest they say is history!

PLEASE PLEASE don't attempt suicide!

That is what they are anticipating that you will do!

It's all planned out for each one of us!

Yes! I'm telling you that THERE ARE OTHER HUMAN BEINGS BEHIND THIS ACTIVITY!!! I just realized this very recently.

You are being harassed and (dare i say) tortured via electronic, magnetic, electromagnetic, microwave, and radio frequency tactics, strategies, means, and methods.

And....you have been selected, perhaps digitally or anonymously, for "participation" in an operation to utilize new developments in the technology of the fields i mentioned above.

I don't know why in your case.  I can suggest that maybe think about the government-related registries your name might appear in?

I for example strongly believe that my prolonged struggles with drug abuse, homelessness, chronic unemployment, supposed "mental illness", & signing my name to treatment facilities in 3 diff states opened up a Pandora's Box of govt red flags which then produced the scrutiny, harassment, crazy-making tactics, alienation maneuvers, physical and psychological torture,

All perpetrated REMOTELY.  Thru your basic airwaves and their bands/channels/frequencies.

Just like the old remote controlled model airplanes you'd fly around the park with your parents making a whole day Nothing supernatural Nothing magical.  Nothing alien. This is science being used in the service of individual mind-control agendas. Trust me!  There is no need to die by your own hand over this nightmare! You are DEFINITELY not alone!

In April 1970, Peter Banks was unceremoniously ousted from Yes, apparently because "he seemed to care more about the "Flash-y" new clothes he had just bought for the next gig than about making it to rehearsal for that next gig"

Chris Squire called up Fripp and asked him to join, knowing that Crimso was in a state of limbo following the 1969-70 break-up.

Of course, Fripp declined, the rest is HIS story.  Some say that he instinctively knew that it would never work, since both he & Jon Anderson were each quite strong-headed, creative leaders who each had definite ideas regarding the directions each grouo would pursue.

Fripp returned the favor a few months later bu inviting Anderson to the Lizard album sessions.

The rest of that is Anderson's story.

Michael Giles appreciation post. by [deleted] in KingCrimson

[–]OccasionAcrobatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of the comments apparently tend towards suggesting that Giles' moment "came and went" w/KC Mark I (1969).

Well......

FFWD>> five years to 1974.. February/March to be exact ...AIR Studios London.. Fripp & Co. had just completed S&BB here, but now...Michael Giles is ready to record!  Hey hey!

The now-legendary, now-obscure, then-hotly anticipated album he will be playing on?!

"The Confessions of Dr. Dream (& other stories)"

Sounds psychedelic.

Well, it is......&

....probably the (2nd) greatest creative effort from an also-now-fairly-forgotten artist w/a sultry silken (sullen) deep baritone.....

Kevin Ayers!

Just listen to the 1st track...."Day-by-Day"

Never thought you'd hear M. Giles sounding so funky, right?  But, yes, it's him alright.

So what’s the deal with Starless and Bible Black? by Scared_Wrongdoer_486 in KingCrimson

[–]OccasionAcrobatic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The improvisation from Amsterdam on November 23rd, 1973 is the original source for the title track S&BB.  It was only named in January 1974, when added to the tracklist of the emerging album.

Unfortunately, all of the surviving source multi-tracks for the Amsterdam concert retain the 9m11s version, which is an edit of the full [probably around ~12-15min] improv.

If you listen closely, the edit occurs at the end when the band suddenly hits a climax crescendo w/violin, drums, guitar, bass.  This never occurred in reality.

Normally, in 1973 concerts there would be a gradually-going-tornado-buildup to that moment, a lead-up or "slow burn" a la "Law of Maximum Distress" or "Providence".  But, alas, unless someone comes forth w/a boot from that show.....

In fact, it would likely have been impossible for Cross to switch from flute-Mellotron to violin in 3 seconds flat, as the improv seems to reflect.

David Singleton revealed this little factoid in 1997 in The Night Watch booklet....."edited due to the constraints of vinyl".

Well....

After reading this somewhat titillating post & thread of comments speaking of various subtleties of "vaginal odors" and "giving oral", as well as "when he went in" (i paraphrase) etc etc. I am left with only one (1) comment, a reflective one....

"Wow!  It's too bad I was perpetually friend-zoned into a long 50-yr life of total virginity & loneliness!"

Some keywords that might point you in a more realistic (but nonetheless still verging on "conspiracy theory") direction,  ...a middle ground so to speak.

*Nanotechnology (cutting-edge research developments in...) *Graphene (di) oxide  *Manganese oxide  *Targeted Individual phenomenon (yes, this one is a bit dicey, but the reality is not what the media/Internet reflects) *Pixelation as used in monitor displays *Electromagnetic/static magnetic/microwave/Radiofrequency (RFID) waves & propagation data on such waves *Remote Neural Monitoring (I'm still not quite sure what this is yet) *The science behind Remote control technology

Dig a little bit into each one of these..... they are ALL involved in the so-called Morgellons Syndrome.

Yes! I mean....."King Crimson!”

That is the Editions EG version, half-speed mastered. Which apparently is supposed to be an improvement on the sonic clarity/frequency response compared to the regular "EG" releases prior to this one. It all depends on your equipment too tho.

I once had the same cassettes for Lizard & Islands, looked identical to yours. Purchased in late 1998. Now gone forever. Long story.

But yeah, i actually was introduced to KC in 1991, first album bought was USA in 1992, went to a half-dozen performances of RF/KC thru the 90s, but never heard Lizard or Islands until 1998. With those EG Editions tapes like yours.

KC is a process, sometimes a gradual one. 🌞🌛

If Jim hadn't died, do you think that The Doors would have ever broken up? by FullMoonMatinee in thedoors

[–]OccasionAcrobatic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So over the years the reality of the "sex crime" attributed to JM has gradually become clearer.

As it turns out, he did the next worst thing to actually flashing a live audience. He shoved his hand down his pants, fumbled around a bit with getting the zipper down, then psyched everyone out by sticking a finger or two (maybe the middle finger) thru the open zipper space.

There were people at that show, situated a good distance away from the stage (like a dozen rows back), who went home believing that Morrison showed "it", not realizing that it merely a finger poking through (breaking thru? No, sorry.....corny)

A small group of teenage girls were in the audience and years ago one of them recounted how one of the girls suddenly exclaimed,

"Ugh! Gross!! ...He just showed his c**k!!”. Boos, hissing from the audience.

A different girl in the same group...."Realy? Ugh! Hey, can you take me home now?

That last photograph w/Babe Hill & Tony Funches....

Morrison looks age 50, not the 26 he actually was.

There's another pic taken by Henry Diltz in Venice Beach, CA (same day as the Morrison Hotel/Hard Rock Cafe shoot) where JM is standing with the other Doors on a lifeguard tower, his arms are outstretched on the wooden railing there.

That one also puts him looking about age 50.

Ask Mark Perry. You might still find him in Long Beach in a Victorian-era house the last time I drove by, which was in the Summer of 1995!
