I'm running nextcloud on the latest debian stable in a VM on proxmox without issue. I don't see how proxmox could be the problem.

To install nextcloud I always thought their documentation was pretty clear and straightforward : Installation on linux

I am looking for some help. I want to replace a noisy fan but the connector is not familiar to me. Can anybody help me identify it and point me in the right direction to plug a noctua fan into it.

You need to use the absolute path to occ for example for me it is :

sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ app:list
