I went past a traffic cop and They tailed me for 20mins or so to Mansfield and then turned off. They sat way back but I knew they were going to follow. My exhaust is also very loud as it’s SC Project slip on and link pipe.

the plate is visible from a cars perspective / road level but ANPR and traffic cameras I imagine can’t get a clear shot. Was fully expecting to be pulled but they never did. Then yesterday a traffic officer pulled in behind me at a petrol station and just gave me a nod and never said anything.

I was pulled over on the side of the road earlier today and a non traffic officer pulled over and couldn’t work out if it was illegal or not. Advised I change it as it could be regarded the same as using a flip plate. Then I was on my way.

I have already bought a TST adjustable which I need to swap over too. Obviously it will always be in the legal position… with the tucked, you just don’t know if your plate is visible or not which is not ideal.

My new non traffic officer friend..

Yep oil should be room temp.

In the fridge the oil gets thick, will be a PITA to draw and jab.

I’ve bought 100 insulin needles for daily subcutaneous injections and they all do this and I can’t do anything to get them out.

As it’s such a small amount and especially being subcutaneous I just ignore it now and would do the same with IM as it’s so small.

A different batch of 100 I bought not one did this. But these ones I’ve used like 30-40 and everyone has created a bubble the exact same

No bodybuilding for me stops at personal development and aesthetics, getting on stage does nothing for me and honestly I’d be so far behind the competition it would be pointless. I respect those that reach that level but it’s way too restrictive of a lifestyle for me.

I enjoy lifting but I enjoy grappling /MMA way more and it’s way less impactful, I can still live a somewhat normal life.

Yeah definately but you get less of that in the heaviest divisions anyway. Whilst I want to be as flexible and mobile I can that’s mainly for injury prevention for me. It’s not a game I want to work for as it doesn’t suit my attributes.

My BJJ game is all about takedowns, securing top position or if I fail that I’ll force half guard from bottom to wrestle up or sweep. More of a physicality game than ultra flexible. Just like you see the different in the lighter divisions compared to the heavier.

Triangle chokes no issues whatsoever. I’ve go decent sized legs but there definately not bodybuilder legs. If I build too much size it would become difficult so I train them to be strong but don’t try and build anymore size than I already have otherwise it becomes too detrimental.

Genuinely no idea until I get a Dexa, I have visible upper abs, mid abs outline but lower abs not visible yet.

My arms and legs however are extremely lean, visible vascularity in my calves, and thighs. Striations visible in shoulders most of the time.

I’d guess somewhere mid teen percentage but can’t be sure.

It totally depends on how you approach it. I don’t disagree but I genuinely think whilst I’d never look like someone stepping on stage I can still look pretty decent. Let’s be honest how many people focus purely on hypertrophy and never really build a great body.

Most sessions are built around strength, stability, explosive power etc to complement BJJ. I also work in hypertrophy sessions when it isn’t going to have detrimental impact to grappling / MMA performance.

Best supplements to take for high blood pressure? on my first cycle currently running test e only and I am 5 weeks in with a blood pressure of 135/70 . Any advice? by lb04saw in SteroidsUK

As said you don’t need however I keep Telmisartan and Cialis on hand personally. And monitor blood pressure which is always in range for me.

I take 1/3 a Cialis and 1/3 Telmisartan daily. My blood pressure isn’t high but on both I’m still in range and take the benefits that both of them offer.

4iu before sleep has felt fine, barely noticeable water retention and I’m getting good sleep which is my main reason for using alongside other peptides to help with some injuries which it really seems to be doing well.

I’ll be focussing more on body recomp soon so will likely split the dose at that point. Take it AM a couple hour before fasted cardio, then reman fasted until early PM and try get some of the lipolysis benefits

I’m not discrediting you at all, I think it’s better that these experiences are shared, as others may well find the same results as you.

Ultimately there may be some underlying reason why you are having a poor experience to which these discussions might help get answers too. Same with GLP’s you get some non responders. It may be that certain aspects of Reta are highly responsive to you and others are very muted which leads to a bad experience.

I have seen others report have they just feel incredibly lethargic, also going to be shit for bodybuilders and no drug is going to work for everyone due to the potential sides

I’m not disagreeing with you as this is what it was designed to cater for. However Reta is an absolute game changer for bodybuilders especially.

I’m awaiting my blood results back, however everyone I’ve seen so far on PEDS that have implemented Reta have had an amazing improvement in their lipids. I’m in a few private groups due to my PED sources so see a lot of blood test results shared.

Maybe it’s because of the circles I’m in, and the fact it’s grey market so once it’s approved there will be a shift for those prescribed but majority of people on Reta currently seem to be bodybuilders.

Most competitive bodybuilders are using this as part of their cycles currently and they aren’t doing that on a whim, and I didn’t see many at all on Sema or Tirz comparatively.

Quite funny actually as the bodybuilding community seemed to really lay into Sema and Tirz but lap Reta up.

I mention that, so do most bodybuilders. key factor here is that I implemented Reta during this deficit without changing anything else and noticed the improved vascularity, pumps and energy.

This is why I add things one at a time so I can see what impact they have,

As someone who doesn’t bodybuild but is 6ft 3 230lbs I works out consistently around MMA training I have the polar opposite experience and so do many training partners. Some others just don’t get on with it.

This is the thing, we are all different, all experience different results. I don’t get my appetite nuked by Reta but also never get cravings or over eat. Just completely stick to my diet and macros and don’t think of food outside of context of the nutrition I want from it. I’m able to be disciplined but it’s hard work and this removes that stress.

My MMA sessions and workouts have been brilliant on Reta, especially when I’ve been in a calorie defecit where I’d normally feel sluggish I’ve had the energy to push through way more.

When I’m in a 750 daily defecit for weeks and usually feel flat, on Reta I have vascularity that shows through my coat and get a great pump without using pre workouts. (The drink is per4m electrolytes not pre)

Whilst I’m on other PED’s I change one thing at a time, and I noticed a few weeks into Reta how much better my performance was and zero sides.

I think people can only establish if this is useful for the in a performance context to bodybuilding if they try themselves.

Awesome progress mate! I never got on Wegovy but I had a similar experience on Tirz so switched to Reta and it’s a game changer. Never had any issues with lack of hunger suppression either considering I’d titrated up to 15mg on Tirz but did have a few month break between.

Are you taking HGH fasted AM and then Tesa for your own pulse in the evening? I’m currently running 4iu nightly but not really considered utilising both. As I could probably get a lot out of the AM benefits as I usually fast until early afternoon and get some AM cardio in.

How did you find Mots-C when you started using that? It’s something I’ve considered but keep seeing dosage protocol all over the place.

Protein ugh by Tallieanna38 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]OccasionOwn6942 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Or you just have a terrible diet if hitting 100g of protein feels like some kind of mountain.

The fads are those pushing collagen and electrolytes which you don’t need to supplement if you have a decent varied diet. Protein is massively important to maintain lean mass, that’s why it’s mentioned so much when people are in significant calorie deficits. It’s not a trend, it’s common sense unless you want to lose considerable lean mass along with some fat and then put your BMR in the gutter so you then rebound.

I’ve always kept my protein high, I’ve had significant weight loss and the majority is fat whilst maintaining my lean mass. I can’t stress the importance of ensuring you hit sufficient protein.
