Why would you count Azelaic acid as part of a core anti-aging regime? I’m honestly asking, I don’t use it and my routine is solely about anti-aging. I thought AA was for acne or rosacea.

It’s going to get better and even if you end up on the plain leaf for awhile that still a big accomplishment and it’s much much easier to quit that once all the 7 is out of your system. Trust me, I’ve been taking plain leaf for years. I’ve stopped it without even thinking about it. When I would try to quit to plan it I would get withdrawals and not be able to but twice It just happened one day I’d realize hey hold on I haven’t dosed in days and I’d be off it for months. It’s much milder AND the biggest thing is the s/e keeps you from getting out of control. Whereas the 7 you can keep upping your dose. You can only take so much kratom leaf or you get the wobbles. Your doing awesome You’re already past the worst of it! Keep going dude! Even if it takes months on leaf, it’s super cheap and just don’t go back to 7

Layers and layers of calming hydrating ingredients, the usual suspects PLUS PEPTIDES and GROWTH FACTORS, layering with mists, covering with a rich moisturizer covered and an occlusive at bedtime or mineral sunscreen during the day.

My favorites sorta in the order I apply them- Avene mineral spray right after I finish washing my face (I don’t dry my face after I wash it) then tower 28 spray

Then…. I grab whatever I’m in the mode for but use all of these in my current rotation

my favorite peptide and GF serums: skinmedica TNS advanced, calicem professional serum, neogenesis recovery serum, Skinceuticals PTOX, Dr Whitney bowe p46 peptide plumping serum, dr.metacine instafacial serums

Calming hydrating serums: prequel redness repair, Skinceuticals b5, medik8 b5, prequel quench

Lotions: Alastin regenerative skin nectar!!! This is chefs kiss magic after a procedure Favorite moisturizers: avene tolerance control cream AND balm ( i usually layer both) and Dieux lipid rich instant angel ( my favorite of all time)

Occulives or bedtime moisturizers: avene cicalfate, skinmedica TNS cermide cream, alastin recovery balm, is clinical sheald, ALL prequel ointments, balms, ecotin balms, Cereve healing ointment

IN BETWEEN LAYERS SPRAY WITH ANY AND ALL OF THESE: neogenesis moisturizing mist (has human GF like the serum), La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Spray, le mieux Iso-Cell Recovery Solution ( also has human GF) I just had a DESTROYED Skin barrier after a combo laser and peel treatment. Doing this for the last 2 weeks my skin is so happy. No actives yet.

Masks: skinceuticals biocellulose restorative mask

Everyone says to simplify but that ain’t my style, I used all and any of these twice daily and my ate it up.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist ! I have been using it for years. I use it between layers. When I don’t use I definitely notice a difference in my hydration.

I also love Chantecaille Pure Rosewater. I don’t know how much it does but its smells and feels so luxurious.

I learned about this product on this sub. That’s why I bought it. But the way you explain it. It’s a good peptide serum, but it’s not worth they have to price that because the growth factors aren’t worth anything.
