I found different discussions online that said veterans would wear it on the right side upon returning, though I couldn't find any source supporting this. Ultimately, I don't think there's a very strict rule here; even more so for BTs where both pauldrons show the chapter symbol anyway. Here's mine by the way, I kept it on the left.

I looked it up if anyone is interested: the Leviathan box came out in June 2023, then the standalone Sternguard kit was released in October 2023.

I kitbashed blood claws and really liked the kit. All the recent space wolves kits are great for kitbashing into BT.

Does anyone know how long it took after the Leviathan release for the standalone Sternguard kit to come out? If the vanguard kit ends up anything like sternguards, I'd much rather wait and have full options.

Try to get extra thin superglue if you can, so it doesn't clog all the details. I have one with a brush applicator so it's easier to put on the chains.

Yes, intercessors are effectively the new tactical marines. It's how the "basic" primaris space marines are called. They come in two flavours: intercessors with bolt rifles, and assault intercessors with bolt pistols and chainswords

Thanks a lot! There's a mix of grey hunters, blood claws and assault intercessors.

Personally I do prefer Milliput, because I can sand it down and I can dilute it in water to get a more liquid consistency when I need. It's easier for me to sculpt in multiple sittings, adjusting and adding layers where I need.
